36. Can you trademark a wedding cake’s design?

🤷🏻‍♀️ We know that you can copyright the lyrics of a song and that you can trademark your logo. Why? Because they’re expressions of a creative idea and the designation of your specific brand, respectively. But what about the design of a cake? Are you allowed to protect the signature way your cake looks or feels?
